Our outdoor venue has a unique charm - make your dreams come true with a magical outdoor wedding where you'll be surrounded by wildflowers whilst you enjoy stunning views of Kenilworth Castle.

Our tranquil countryside venue is a real blank canvas which means you have the freedom to create your own truly unique wedding.

If you choose to have your special day with us,

here's what's included:

8 acres of field with views of Kenilworth Castle
Use of 6m pergola and swing in wildflower area for photographs
License for bar facilities up to 11pm
Mid-week and weekend hire options
Your choice of event structure - stretch tent, marquee, tipi, yurt, sailcloth.

On site event planning & organisation co-ordination
Meetings prior to your wedding
Support via email and phone
Supplier liaison and support
Access to water
On site free parking

What we don't currently offer:

Legal wedding ceremonies
Overnight camping
Electricity and toilets (you'll need to book a generator and toilets at your expense, we can help book these).

BOOK YOUR VIST

SCHEDULE

All our wedding bookings are based on 3 day exclusive hire of our field.

Day 1:

Set up of event structure such as Stretch tent/ Marquee/ Tipi.

Decor and styling

Access to field between 8am - 8pm.

Day 2:

Wedding Day!

Access to field between 8am - 11.30pm

Day 3:

Take down of event structure

Removal of decor and styling

Removal of all furniture

Access to field between 8am - 3.30pm.

Everything must be removed from the field and it must be left as it was found by 3.30pm.

ORGANISATION

Essentials Package

Approximately £3000 - £3600*

This package includes the vital items you must book when hiring the field.

What this package includes:

-hire of the field for 3 days

-posh loos

-generator

*exact pricing will be bespoke for each wedding and will depend upon your requirements, the date of your wedding and includes a booking fee.

Stretch Tent Package

What this includes:

Everything from the Essential Packages, PLUS:

-10x15m tan stretch tent from our sister business Silverback Stretch Tents

Plus:

-matted flooring

-festoon lighting

In addition we can work with local suppliers to help organise your event decor and styling, flowers, catering, bar, drinks, furniture and entertainment.
